REBUILT ENGINE LIMITED WARRANTY


        Your engine has been rebuilt by Brookpark Certified Automotive

        Service.  The parts listed on your invoice are warranted for a 

        period of twelve (12) months, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles    

        whichever occurs first.  Our labor is warranted against defects     

        in workmanship for twelve (12) months, or twelve (12,000) miles    

        whichever occurs first.


        Oil and oil filter changes must be done at the first three hundred   

        (300) miles, then every three (3) months or three thousand (3,000)   

        miles thereafter.  We will keep track of your oil changes if they    

        are performed at B.C.A.S.  If oil and filter changes are done

        elsewhere, save your receipts for warranty verification.


        SHOULD ANY PROBLEMS OCCUR, IMMEDIATELY RETURN YOUR VEHICLE TO US TO   
        AVOID ANY FURTHER POSSIBLE DAMAGE.  THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE
        ENGINE IS SUBJECT TO NEGLECT OR ABUSE SUCH AS OVERHEATING, IMPROPER
        TUNING, OR RACING. 


        This warranty does not cover any items not listed on the invoice. In

        keeping with industry practices, reground crankshafts are NOT

        warrantied against breakage.  B.C.A.S. is not liable for any 
        
        consequential damages arising from engine failure.  Incurred costs 
        
        such as towing, rental car fees, and loss of use are not the 
        
        responsibilty of B.C.A.S.
