CHIRO tracks your patients for you, including all personal information. 
it keeps a record of visits and what you did during those visits, as    
well as a current total of the patient's bill.  CHIRO is menu-driven and
has on-line help.  The two main functions of the program are to print   
claim forms and to maintain a patient database with a permanent record  
of office visits, diagnosis history, and charges.                       
                                                                        
Database records can be created, displayed, modified, deleted, searched,
and printed.  All functions are selected through the main menu.  As     
new records are created, the system automatically sorts the records in
