Proper management of business vehicle fleets requires good record-      
keeping.  This is an area where TLC FOR TRUCKS (TLC) really shines for  
small to medium-sized fleets (999 vehicles or less).                    
                                                                        
TLC makes a database that allows 19 different fields of data            
for each vehicle.  A  reporting function prints this                    
data in various formats, making cost analysis easier.                   
                                                                        
TLC is very complete and easy to use.  The documentation provided is    
both ample and understandable.  Source code is available separately so
