RES is an asset for any real estate office to store/retrieve information
on properties for sale.  RES keeps detailed records of sale and you can
search for pending/closed sales at any time.  It keeps agents' records
current/previous year commissions, and lets you add an agent or search
records of an agent.  It generates valuable reports: office/agent
commissions report, projected income report, pending/closed sales
report, and unsold property listing report.  RES also has the added
special feature of year-end processing which purges all closed sales
from the system.  It is menu-driven with an easy-to-understand manual
which can be printed.
