PC-TED is a text editor written especially for programmers to enter and
edit source code type files.  PC-TED can process two files at the same
time, has full horizontal/vertical screen editing, adjustable
horizontal/vertical screen edit, file comparison, full find/replace
functions, block commands, an ASCII table, and a DOS exit and command
processor.  PC-TED can also print files, encrypt files, and select a
file to load from a directory list.  Help screens are available for the
commands.  PC-TED takes up a minimum amount of memory as a single COM
file, and is very fast in its execution.

COPYFIT-IT makes copyfitting faster and easier.  Copyfitting is the
process of figuring out what typesetting format will make a text fit the
space available for it in a layout using a typeface (or typefaces) you
have chosen from those available at your typesetter.  The essential data
that COPYFIT-IT needs is the character count and the type size.
COPYFIT-IT can calculate the height and number of lines for paragraphs,
and, for lines, it can determine the line length, the characters per
pica, and number of characters in the line.  This program can copyfit
individual lines of type with the same or different type sizes,
paragraphs, paragraphs and individual lines together, or long texts.
