Readme for NodeMap------------------An Hierarchical Note Taker for the Psion Series5(c)2000 Dave Eggleston, except event driven core fromRMREvent by Al Richey. This should now be release quality software, but please do forward all comments, suggest ions and bug reports tonodemap@mirrorkill.f9.co.ukAs with all programming that I do, this is written toscratch an itch - none of the other pieces of note-takingsoftware that I've tried worked *quite* how I wanted. Therefore at this stage the software is probably veryidiosyncratic in ways I just can't see. At the momentthere are some minor restrictions on this as a sharewareversion. There are no warranties on this piece of software. Naturally I'll try to help if you take thetrouble to email, t hough, but if you want yer actual techsupport then you'll need to register. The documentation is improving slowly too...INSTALLATION------------The installation is supplied as two .sis files, NodeMapx.xx.sis which contains the main NodeMap applic ationand support files, and StandardNMXsx.xx.sis, which installstwo NodeMap extensions, TextMutator and AgendaLink. Thelatter .sis file is optional. As long as you have EPOC Connect (PsiWin) installed on your PC, all you should need to do is double click on the .sis file(s) from this zip archive and follow the on-screen instructionsIf you *don't*, then use the instexe.exe file included withthis archive. Unzip it to a folder on your EPOC machineand double-tap it. You should then be able to do uble-tapon .sis files to install them. And, er, that's it.:-)Dave Eggleston.
