OODLES OF DOODLES! Version 1.0001

That's just what MCDOODLE is. MCDOODLE is FREE and public
domain. This is a collection of VGA (640 x 480 bits) color
graphic doodles, math formulas and routines I have collected over
the years. Some are my creation, some are not. Those that are
not, are from magazines, books, BBS uploads, or other Public
Domain code. If you should recognize one of them as yours, it's
either a coincidence or it's yours. If it should happen to be
your (somewhat modified) code, I hope you don't mind that I have
spread it all over the globe. And if you do, please let me know
and I'll take it out.
A time delay routine is utilized that uses the speed of the
PC in calculation of the speed of the doodles, so they should run
at about the same speed on a 16MHz 386SX and a 100MHz Pentium.

To use MCDOODLE.EXE alone from DOS, you can have the program
pick randomly which doodles that are displayed, display them in
sequence, or just display one all the time. By loading the
program as just MCDOODLE, the random order is used. If you load
as MCDOODLE 99, all the doodles will be displayed in sequence. To
just use one doodle over and over again, type in the doodle
number after MCDOODLE. To find the high number of doodles
included, type: MCDOODLE ? To exit MCDOODLE, press any key or
press a mouse button.

MCDOODLE can also be used with other programs that also load
external programs as screen savers. If necessary, MCDOODLE.EXE
can be renamed.

If you should have any doodles written in any of the BASIC
dialects, and it runs in VGA screen mode 12, and you want to have
it included in MCDOODLE, please contact me.

The MCDOODLE.EXE comes "as-is" which means that you are not
allowed to complain about it :-) BUT, if you should have any
problems or questions regarding MCDOODLE, please send me a note
via e-mail (addresses below).

MCDOODLE.ZIP is created with PKZIP 2.04G, and use
Authenticity Verification. So if you don't see -AV after each
file, or:
"Authentic files Verified! #KEM280"
"NORSKI SOFTWARE"
after the ZIP file is un-ZIPped, then someone has re-ZIPped it.
Then you don't know what could have been "added" to the ZIP file,
and you should delete it and MCDOODLE.EXE at once. If you should
find copy of MCDOODLE.ZIP that do NOT verify, please send me e-
mail and let me know where you got MCDOODLE.ZIP from.

If you want to use MCDOODLE with your own program, that's
OK. As long as you NOT change the name, separate the
MCDOODLE.EXE and MCDOODLE.TXT files, or charge any extra for
MCDOODLE. And of course, give credit where credit is due.

                     -:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-

MCDOODLE is original written to be used with my shareware
program, MicroCook. MicroCook is a recipe management program for
DOS where you can enter your own recipes or import from ASCII
files in MicroCook's format. You can also import ASCII recipes
from Meal-Master, MasterCook and Edna's Cookbook. And export in
MicroCook's ASCII and database format. This way you can share
your favorite recipes with friends that also use MicroCook.
MicroCook has easy to use pull-down menus and editor with full
mouse support. You can even design your mouse cursor. Number of
different databases are only limited by hard disk space. Powerful
searches in the index and database file. Checks for duplicate
recipes during imports and also during entering new recipes in
the editor. No printer setup so you can print to any printer.
MicroCook is not crippleware, so all functions are available to
use during evaluation. And MicroCook works great in Windows too,
and even have few icons included.
If you want to try out MicroCook, it can be downloaded from
all the large online services, and from many BBS's around the
world. Do a search on: MICROCOOK. File name is: MCOOKxxx.ZIP,
where xxx is version number.
