To Demo the very basic capabilities of 
"Print to File" Manager as an Add In:


1.) Copy print to file manager.mda, prnfile.cnt, and prnfile.hlp into your
    Access Directory.

2.) In Access open print to file manager 8.mda as a standard database. (Go
    to File open, switch to your Access directory, select
    All Files, and then click on prnfile.mda.)

3.) Open the form "atprn_PrinttoFile".  This is the
    main Add In form.

4.) Read the help file.

5.) Click the "Set Up - Add - Remove a report, and Set Up file
     specifications for report 1, 2, and 3. Exit back to Print to 
     File Manager

6.) Select report1 or report 2 to print, either individually
    or together in a batch.

7.) Try changing printers, and file names and file path
    and then print to file. (Note printing to file must
    be done with local printers only, not network printers.)

8.) Close the database and open any other database,
    Use Access Add In Manager to install as an Add In.
   Test as outlined in the help file.
