is an unique vector-based graphics program for Windows 3.1. Its drawing
tools simulate broad brush strokes that are controlled using the mouse.

FineDraw 1.0 is a paint program with several image manipulation capabilities.
Options include cut and paste, a feature which will stretch the image, spray

desired text, and the words are painted with brush-like strokes. Requires

is a sophisticated drawing program for Windows 3.1. It includes an
incredible selection of tools that make it suitable for beginners and
power users alike. Features include a user-modifiable Shape Palette,

the ability to define both a fill and a texture style for an object, and
the ability to copy and paste drawings into virtually any program that
supports WMF graphics. Some of the more advanced features include bezier

extensive color capabilities, and much more.

(ACHIEVE Software, ASP; $25)
is a unique drawing program fashioned after the classic Spirograph toy. You
can easily create beautiful drawings by simply adjusting gears, pens, hole
size, and colors. Graphics can be saved as a bitmapped image or converted
into an animated one-of-a-kind screen saver. This is a very well-designed
package, and no artistic talent is required to create some spectacular
results. Requires Windows 3.1. VBRUN200 is included.
