A huge list of bitmap image formats are supported including high compression formats and Kodak Photo CD. This is an excellent utility for anyone who has to keep track of a large number of graphic files. [IMGCON] Image Convert (MTE Industries; $20) is a drag and drop image conversion utility. You simply drag a graphic file to the program's icon and specify which format you want. [WINOCR] WinOCR 2.2 (Softtech ASP; $38) is an Optical Character Recognition package for Windows 3.1. It works with bitmaps produced using low cost hand-held scanners and is intended to provide a cheap and effective method of data entry for computer programmers. Requires 2MB RAM. [WINTIF] WinTIF (Lapis Software; $15) is a TIF file viewer. It can read TIF 5 Class P files, adjust the size and color of the image, print, or save it in the same format.
