Description
MacroCopy is file copying utility for Windows 95/98/NT. It was
created by Igor V. Polyakoff. The Program has
some advanced features: MacroCopy can split & merge files while
copying. It's very useful while copying large files on small media.
When it appears that disk is full, MacroCopy allows user to change
the floppy disk in drive & continue copying or select another target
path the estimate part to be copied. So you can split large
files & fill flopps optimally. All splitted parts get the same name
as source file.
To merge parts just copy the second part of file to the
same folder where the header part resides. When program detects
that the file already exists it allows to overwrite it or append.
Select "Append" option to append the file. When copy next part,...
It's important to follow the order of splitted parts. As you
understand, changing the sequence of merging the parts causes
damaging the file.
MacroCopy also allows to move files. Just check "Move file" checkbox to move
it. The Program also supports command line parameters, for example :
"Mc D:\source.ext C:\My Files\target.ext".
MacroCopy is Win32 application, so it requires MS Windows 95 /
MS Windows NT 4.0 or later.
