Attach all xref's toggle (because changes made to xref's won't keep)
Complete purge toggle (to reduce the amount of colors to change)
All layers on toggle (layers turned off will not be processed)
Set all to one (change all colors to one chosen color)
Save & read color changes to/from template file
Colors shown in numerical order

This dialogue box will auto-enlarge to 40 color selections if there are more than 20 colors to change.
