      With NUMLOK off the keypad arrows are active.  On the advanced AT
      keyboard, the separate arrow keys are always active and the
      separate INS, DEL, etc. key codes are screwed up (excepting HOME,
      which is the default SWITCH function for CROSSTALK, and works).

      A lot of keys are definable under EDT and VT100 emulation.  See
      page EDT-8 in DEC's "Introduction to EDT" or the VT100.DOC file
      which comes with MIRROR (that newsworthy CROSSTALK clone by
      Softklone).

      Some key assignments made by resident programs conflict with the
      CROSSTALK assignments.  In particular, there are problems with
      other communications packages and WORDSTAR 2000 ver. 2.
