VGATools v2.1         (July 1, '96)
 -VGASave revised. The TSR now takes half the memory and can be unloaded.
 -Added Mode350 to the standard Y resolutions.
 -SetUserMode will now use the 350-line EGA mode, too.
 -VGATOOLS.TPH TPHelp file included.

VGATools v2.1 beta 03 (January 4, '96)
 -Added VGAMouse unit.
 -Wrote MOUSDEMO demo.
 -Completely reviewed all documentation files.

 -Added Emboss to effects unit.

 -Added modes 320x272 and 320x560.
 -Added .GIF format to VGATLoad.
 -Changed LOADDEMO to work with a GIF (smaller !).
