SOFTWARE VENTURES INTEGRATES DELRINA'S WINFAX LITE IN NEW MICROPHONE PRO
FOR WINDOWS TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Berkeley, Calif.--Aug. 19, 1992--Software Ventures Corporation today
announced that it is the first data communications publisher to integrate
Delrina Technology, Inc.'s WinFax LITE send and receive fax software in
its telecommunications product, MicroPhone Pro for Windows.

"MicroPhone Pro now offers the most complete communications solution for
Microsoft Windows users," said David Hindawi, president of Software
Ventures Corporation. "The integration of WinFax LITE with MicroPhone
gives users a tremendous advantage. Using MicroPhone Pro scripting, they
can now completely automate fax communication. Sending faxes becomes as
simple as dragging and dropping files onto icons."

MicroPhone Pro, scheduled for release in September, makes sending and
receiving electronic mail, data transfers, online research and connecting
with remote information services as easy as clicking a button. Besides
integrating send and receive fax, MicroPhone Pro includes multimedia
support and a full set of interactive telecommunications features,
including powerful scripting and automation tools, popular file transfer
protocols and terminal emulations, baud rates to 115,000 bps, DDE client
and server, multi-session capability and network support.

"The advent of the low-cost fax modem has created a huge market for
easy-to-use fax and data communications software," said Mark Skapinker,
president of Delrina. "Our fax software is the most widely tested and
supported on the market. This bundle offers the functionality and quality
that Windows users are demanding."

WinFax LITE allows users to communicate with any Group III fax machine or
device in the world. Users can send and receive faxes from within any
Windows application, select the time and date of transmission, review fax
activity and maintain a phone book on disk. The software operates
transparently, saving incoming faxes to disk without interrupting other
applications. WinFax LITE with MicroPhone Pro will work with any Class 1,
Class 2 and SendFax compatible fax/data modem.
