MS-News@Simtel.Net is a moderated one-way mailing list used by Simtel.Net
archivists to announce new uploads to the MS-DOS, Windows 3.x, and
Windows 95 collections.  Postings are in standard Internet digest format
to reduce network and mail system load.  Each digest contains 12-14
messages and averages 20K in size.

To subscribe, send e-mail to  listserv@Simtel.Net  with this command in
the body of the message:

add ms-news

The individual announcements which appear in this digest are also
posted to Usenet newsgroups comp.archives.msdos.announce and/or
comp.archives.ms-windows.announce.  To reduce the load on your
host's mail system you may wish to read the newsgroups rather than
subscribe to this mailing list.

Simtel.Net information files (including a complete list of mirror sites),
recent back issues of the digest, and programs to break the digest into
individual messages are available.  To receive a list, send mail to
listserv@Simtel.Net with this command in the body of the message:
