If you use the Save .IMG File feature, you may find that the files produced are somewhat large (i.e. all over 32K long.) This is because they are encoded in BIT STRING format, which is the least efficient (and easiest to write) method of saving IMG files. A compacting algorithm will be implimented in later releases of MolSys, but for the present, if you have a lot of IMG files saved, loading them into an IMG compatible paint program such as HyperPaint and then re-saving may save you a lot of disk space.
