Instructions for MS_4_5.TTP --------------------------------------------------

The format of .MLS files for versions of MolSys from v0.70 onwards has changed
slightly from earlier releases. Old (type 4) files must be converted into new
(type 5) files before loading into MolSys. This may be done by loading them
into MSC and re-saving them one-by-one, or by using the supplied converter
program, MS_4_5.TTP. To use, double click on the program, and type in the file
specification of the files to convert. This filespec may contain wildcard
characters. For instance:

M:\MLS\TEST.MLS

converts only the file TEST.MLS in the folder M:\MLS\, whilst:

*.MLS

converts all the .MLS files in the current directory.
Note that MS_4_5 is quite intelligent, and it will not attempt to convert
non-MolSys files, or ones which have already been converted to type 5 files.
MS_4_5 can handle a maximum of 256 files at once, and needs enough room free
on disk to hold another copy of the largest file to convert. The size of the
converted files is exactly the same size as the originals.
