These are pictures for use with WARP 9 and TOS 2.06. They are in the style of the control panels from STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION. TREKTOP1.PC2 is the original version. The black background, blue lettering and blue buttons like on the NEXT GENERATION. Since this would require me to redo all of my icons, I decided to redo it in a reverse color scheme, thus: TREKTOP2.PC2. This one has white buttons and lettering on a blue background. It matches my old plain blue desktop. You may have to rearrange your desktop icons. The top left should be your A drive. below that I put my P drive (RAM Disk), C drive (hard drive) and D drive (2nd hard drive). Rearrange and reletter as needed. Next your trash can needs to go in the lower left under the DANGER sign. Any icons on your desktop go under the APPLICATIONS heading. You can fit four under the sign, and four above if you need to. Of course, you have to have TOS 2.05 or higher for that. Finally if you have any function keys assigned you can add them to the "buttons" on the top left. This can be done in any paint program. If you have more than 10 funtion keys assigned, just cut and paste more "buttons." TREKTOP3.PC2 is a snapshot of my desktop so you can see what it looks like. It makes a normally boring desktop a little snazzier. Use the 50/50 fil pattern for the "buttons" you don't use (like they are deactivated). Have fun with it. Joseph M. Torres a.k.a. 'STimpy' or 'Speed Racer' J.Torres17 on GEnie (see ya Wednesday nites, 10pm EST!) By the way, I used DEGAS ELITE to draw the picture, SpeedoGDOS for the fonts, the NewDesk Icon CPX for editing my icons, TOS 2.06 to place the icons, EdHak to type this, and, of course, WARP 9 to put the picture on the desktop.
