You should find on your disk a copy of CONVERT.PRG.  This
program allows you to convert Amiga IFF pictures into Neochrome
pictures.  The Amiga pictures must be of a 16-color non-ham type. 
The convert program will not load pictures compressed in a format
other than the standard format used in Amiga IFF pictures, so you
may find some Atari IFF which will not convert.  Chances are they
have been compressed in a format that is not supported by
CONVERT.PRG.
	The Convert program may lock up the system at times when
dealing with compressed IFF pictures.  Otherwise, the program
should work properly.
