This file contains a computer-translated DOC file for the German program 'PAD'.
You'll quickly notice that the sentence structure seems 'backwards' to one who
has grown up with English grammar. I haven't rewritten the file in English,
only translated what's there. Read it slowly, look for the verbs near the end
of the sentences, and you should have no real trouble understanding the DOC.

I couldn't get the program to run on my Moniterm, so I haven't been able to
check the translation of the various functions. A few of them may be in error.

Unfortunately, PAD does not use a separate RSC file, or I could have translated
that to give us English menus and such.

...I wonder if PAD III ever got released?
