PURPOSE//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I always have a bunch of bits and pieces to deal with when I'm 
working on a project. I clip or staple all pertinate information 
together with this page on top, that way I can see at a glance what's
in the stack of paper and if I need it or not.

Stapled or clipped to the top of the stack, I can use it for notes 
and record keeping of a particular project. This kind of method can 
be used with almost any paperwork that you need to keep together.

There are spaces provided on the form for a variety of information. 
You can change the format of the sheet to fit whatever needs you may 
have or use it as it is. Write all your notes on a particular project 
on this cover page so you will always know where to look for that 
piece of information that you just know you wrote down somewhere.

Upload to Genie your creations, it will give people inspiration, and 
possibly solve problems that other people have.

I've tried to keep the fonts used as simple as posible. I've replaced 
some fonts so that hopefully everyone has what they need. If not you 
can just replace with fonts of your choice.
