Voting Policy:  YES votes are accepted from ANY user, sysop, or co-sysop that
is able to read this message.  Please, however, ONLY vote for echos which you
would WANT added in, and would be able to contribute towards.  If you are just
"generally" interested in a topic, instead of "WOW I WANT THAT NOW!", there is
no need to vote for it.  This voting session is to gauge a potential echo's
future popularity and activity; not to gauge how many people aren't repulsed
by the idea of a particular topic.   Additionally, ANY user or sysop is
welcome to step forward and suggest their OWN echo, if they feel it is
something which would provide a good service to the network.  If the topic is
adequate and admissable, the voting administrator will happily add it in.

Rules for Equal Voting Opportunity:

 1) Any echos that have accumulated FIFTEEN or more votes at the end of their
    voting period will be given two extra weeks to help finalize matters.

 2) In order to prevent one BBS from getting an entire echo added on their
    own, no greater than FIVE votes from users on one bbs will be accepted.

Note:  Keep in mind the 50 echo limit for CyberCrime.  If the echolist already
contains 50 echos, regardless of the number of votes, echos will NOT be added
to the echolist until older, inactive echos have been purged.
