If you do not have microsoft plus heres how to change your recycle bin icon, sound, And name:

	1. Goto the start button and goto run.
	2. Type in regedit and hit enter
	3. Double Click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
	4. Next, Scroll down until you see the word CLSID
	5. Then scroll down to a line that says {645FF040-5081-9F08-061CEAC3D50D}
	6. to the right there should be the word (default) then "Recycle bin"
	7. Double click on default and type in whatever you want the name to be
	8. Then below the big number on the leftDouble click on "DefaultIcon"
	9. Double click on each one you want changed typing the name and directory 
	   the icon (default should be the same as empty) 
	10. Exit the regestry editor and goto the control panel
	11. Double click on sound
	12. Scroll down until you see empty recycle bin and click on it
	13. click on browse and goto the directory the file is in 
	14. Double click on the file and then hit ok, it will play the
 	    sound when you empty recycle bin.

There you have it you have to log in again but it should work. Don't mess around 
with anything else it might mess up your whole computer. If you don't understand my
