The USBBS list is available as USBBSxxx.ZIP at the following
locations.  "xxx" is the version number.

In most cases, revisions are completed the last weekend of 
the month for the next month unless the first falls on a 
weekend.  New versions are usually available sometime Sunday.
Check USBBSxxx.NWS for a detailed distribution schedule.
