The wholesale Agent is responsible for all artwork and card imprinting.

                Distributor Override Schedule Example:
Agent purchases 100  $10.00 cards for resale direct to consumers - Agent
earns entire markup on cost.  Group Manager to whom Agent is payable earns
5% residual in the USAGE COST at which Agent made his purchase (i.e.; 100
cards X $10.00 ea = $1000 less 25% discount = 5% of $750.00, or $37.50
residual.)

Card recharge commission  percentage is same as above less two cents per min.

* Payment Terms:        25% Deposit upon receipt of order
                        25% Deposit upon delivery of cards/ codes
                        Balance prior to card code activation
                        (Deposit applied to activations)
