OkiPad v1.0 Alpha

for those of you with the CTEK hardware,
OkiPad is a 32-bit windows application
(windows 95/windows NT) version of
KEYCON.EXE.  i am releasing this minimal
app primarily for testing.  i am NOT using
the CTEK libraries in this program. there
are some timing-critical sections that need
to be ironed out before time can be spent
on something more complex.  so... if you
have the CTEK hardware, and you are going
to buy windows 95 this morning (8/24), or 
already have windows NT... give OkiPad a 
try, and let me know how it works.  (you
COULD try running this thing under win32s,
but no promises)  you will have to hook
your CTEK adapter to COM1, because i am too
tired to add a setting-- hell, i wrote this
thing in a night.  and you CAN get into debug
mode from OkiPad... :)

oh yeah, if anyone out there is good at custom
controls, send me a cool glowing keypad button.
also, this thing has only been tested with an 
oki9...
