	Uhrenmuseum de Stat Wien (Clock Museum) Throughout the day, but especially at noon, this museum explodes into a cacophony as 3,000 clocks and timepieces chime, peal, boom, warble, chirp, and cuckoo all at once. Housing an outstanding collection ranging from primitive 15th-century timepieces to modern electronic ones, this museum sets time in perspective. On display are the wheel works of Stephansdom (St. Stephen's Cathedral), an array of cuckoo clocks, and an 18th-century astronomical clock by Rutschmann.
