Scotch Bar
Located in the cellar of the Scotch Café, this bar successfully blends such unlikely ingredients as sailing regalia, clan tartans, and Tyrolean festoonery. The bar features portholes and lanterns, twin subterranean chambers for dancing and drinking, and competitive prices. In a small side room are comfortable black-leather banquettes, bagpipes, and the heraldry of such old-line Viennese families as the MacMacs, the MacPikes, and the MacKnausaras. The music is by MacWurlitzer.
