This is football (actually soccer) like you've never seen—a hilarious and historic spectacle of athletes playing a traditional form of soccer, decked out in period costume from the 16th century. The event revolves around the feast day of St. John the Baptist (24 June), when there is also a fantastic fireworks show that engulfs the city. Dates are 24–28 June.
