One of the most honest, forthright, and altogether pleasing trattorias in Italy (the name means something like "What you see is what you get"), I' Cche C'e C'e is the province of owner-chef Gino Noci, an experienced restaurateur known for a friendly welcome and a special way with fish. There's nothing spectacular about it (decor consists of wine bottles, paintings and a red-and-white color scheme), but Tuscans love it and its cuisine. Not expensive, and awfully good.
