Description
One of Florence's oldest restaurants, it occupies a 19th-century building that was formerly a grocery store. Magical things are still done with fish, especially the mixed grill or sole and a splendid octopus salad; grilled mushrooms also are delicious accompanied by a seafood risotto. If you have questions, ask amiable Enrico Bolognini, one of the brightest lights in Italian gastronomy and oenology. He's always on hand.
