For moderately priced (but nonetheless very good) food, try a smaller trattoria. At Le Quattro Stagioni even the most traditional dishes, such as tagliatelle with porcini or grilled duck alla fiorentina, are prepared with sophistication, and the clientele often consult with the chef on seasonal specialties, like the gnocchi. The fish with sage, the crespelle with seafood, and the carpaccio are also good.
