Only fixed-price meals are on offer at this miniscule, six-seat restaurant specializing in Sardinian fare. Paolo and Valentina Tolu, a brother-and-sister team, import produce, meats, and fish from the area regularly. The little-known flatbread, carta di musica, is served warm, with a light dash of peppers, tomato, and olive oil. The momentum is kept with perhaps a dish of baby pork or lamb with seasonal vegetables. Pastries and desserts often mix honey with Sardinian cheese, which has a stellar reputation. Wonderful service.
