Comprehensive, original menu offering outstandingly savory national and international dishes; dinner only. Always reserve in advance. You can well expect to pay up to 100 percent more than in almost any other restaurant in Rome. And don't be too surprised if your waiter regards you as doltish; they can be prize snobs at times.
