Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Friari
The centerpiece of this 14th-century church's main altar is Titian's major work, The Assumption; the artist's grandiose tomb is nearby. Other works are Bellini's Madonna triptych and Donatello's simple carving of St. John the Baptist.
