Unregistered User's License Agreement :

You May : (a) use the unregistered version of Subliminal Message Generator for 14 days to evaluate the program; (b) freely distribute the unregistered version of the program as long as all files are intact and unchanged. You May Not: (a) use the program for more than 14 days without registering; (b) in any way use or distribute a version of the program that has been fully enabled or distribute a registration number that will enable the program.



Registered User's License Agreement :

You May: (a) use Subliminal Message Generator on a single computer; (b) physically transfer the program from one computer to another provided that the program is used on only one computer at a time and that you own both computers; (c) make copies of the program solely for backup purposes. You May Not: (a) distribute copies of the program to others; (b) rent, lease, or grant sub-licenses or other rights to the program; (c) provide use of the program to non-registered users or any way transfer or distribute your registration number.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
OIRCK SOFTWARE HEREBY LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO, AT ITS SOLE
DISCRETION 1) THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE OR 2)
REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE DISK.  PURCHASER OF SOFTWARE AGREES NOT TO
HOLD OIRCK SOFTWARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER BEYOND ONE OF THE
TWO REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, OIRCK S0FTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
