Welcome to the Cyberwar Theme for Windows 95.
You must have Plus! or one of the equivalents available.

Installing the theme is very simple. There are two possibilities:

Install this theme in the C directory. Before you extract, check the box in "use Folder Names" in the Extract dialog box.

OR

Create your own "Cyberwar" folder in the "theme" directory and extract the files.
