RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR
  
1) How many sets to randomize - enter the number of sets
   of 5 or 6 numbers you want to generate.
   
2) Do you want these sets filtered ( Y or N ) - If you
   answer "Y", the random number sets will be filtered
   according to the rules of the BASIC and ADVANCED filters.
   
   IMPORTANT: The BASIC and ADVANCED filters must be set
   before you generate the random numbers.
   
3) Output File Number - enter a 3 digit number for
   referring to this set.
   
4) Output File Description - enter any comment to refer
   back to this set.
