STRATEGIES FOR MEDIUM SIZE LOTTERY POOLS                   

    A medium size lottery pool is any pool from about
  20 tickets purchased up to 100 tickets.

    Some options are:

    1)  Pick the top 6 numbers by frequency         plus
    
    2)  Pick the top 3 numbers by frequency plus
         the 3 most overdue numbers                 plus
         
    3)  Wheel a small group of numbers (8-12) 
        for a 4/4 win, or possible 5 or grand
        grand prize                                  or
        
    4)  Run a "Power" wheel on 3 or 4 key numbers    or
    
    5)  Wheel a small group of numbers (7-8) for  
        a "full" wheel                               or
        
    6)  Run a set of 200-400 random numbers and
        filter these to produce a yield of (25%)
        thus  50-100 output numbers                  or

    7)  If ballset information is available pick
        a couple of ballsets, and use an abbreviated
        wheel to pick 30 or 40 sets from each 
        ballset.
