Instructions:
	
	PayOff is a Windows program that calculated the payoff amount on a loan. 
There are four edit windows for you to enter information about your loan. 
The first is the monthly payment amount. Then the interest rate, the number 
of payments made and the total number of payments on the loan. Upon hitting 
the Ok button or pressing return the program calculates the payoff amount 
for the loan and places it in the Payoff Amount box. For more information run
PayOff and look at the PayOff's Help.


Shareware:
	
	PayOff is shareware. You are allowed to try it out, copy as well as 
distribute PayOff as long as:

	No fee is charged for use or copies.

	It is not modified in any way.

	If you find PayOff useful a registration of $10 would be appreciated.
Please send registrations to the address below. Registered users will 
receive the latest version of PayOff.


Distribution:

	You are free to distribute PayOff as long as you do so in its original 
unmodified form. The original zip file should suffice as long as it contains 
the following files:

	PayOff.EXE			
	PayOff.HLP			
	PayOff.TXT
