Instructions:

	Walker is a Windows application excecutive. You enter the filename and
it's path in Walker's client area and hit return to run that program. Walker
can be used as a replacement for the Program Managers File Run dialog box.
It is small and can be placed out of the way and because it is a window and
not a modal dialog box, it is always available. For more information run
Walker and look at it's Help system, accessed off of the system menu.


Shareware:
	
	Walker is shareware. You are allowed to try it out, copy as well as 
distribute Walker as long as:

	No fee is charged for use or copies.

	It is not modified in any way.

	If you find Walker useful a registration of $10 would be appreciated.
Registered users will receive the latest version of Walker.

Distribution:

	You are free to distribute Walker as long as you do so in its original 
unmodified form. The original zip file should suffice as long as it contains 
the following files:

	Walker.EXE			
	Walker.HLP			
	Walker.TXT
