Update 9/3/91
    Change source to fix bug that had Choyce.ini file in a directory called
    D:\Windows - now the disk drive is searched to find the Windows
    directory.

    Note - Choyce.exe can be located any place and be found through the dos
    path statement or the full path to Choyce.exe can be called out in the
    WIN.ini [Extensions] section.  However, the Choyce.ini file must be in the
    Windows subdirectory.
