           ( struct MPProcess *,struct MPProcess *,struct MPProcess *);

   FUNCTION
  Scales an RGB image.

   INPUTS
  Old      - Contains the Red,Green and Blue chunky pixels
             and the Width and Height of the current image.
  New      - Contains the Red,Green and Blue chunky pixels
             and the Width and Height for the new image.
  Temp     - Contains 3 temporary buffers sized for the new image.

   RESULT
  The data pointed to by New->Red/Green/Blue is updated to 
  the scaled image.
